Alright, so you wanna know about this Maya Payne Smart, huh? Sounds like one of them fancy city names. Never heard of her ’round these parts, that’s for sure. But I ain’t one to shy away from learnin’ somethin’ new, so let’s see what all the fuss is about.
Now, from what I gather, this Maya woman, she’s all about books and readin’. Big on teachin’ folks, ‘specially parents, how to get their young’uns readin’ early. I ain’t never had much schoolin’ myself. Had to work on the farm since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. But I always made sure my kids got their readin’ done.
