Alright, guys, so I’ve been digging into NBA stats lately, and today was all about the Chicago Bulls versus Golden State Warriors game. I wanted to pull out the player stats, just to see how everyone performed. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey, so here’s how it went down.
First, I fired up my browser, you know, the usual. I started with a simple search, just typing in “Chicago Bulls vs Golden State Warriors stats”.
The search results popped up a bunch of options. I could see scores and stuff from the different sports websites.
I clicked a website that looked okay to check out.
I got on the page and tried to find this specific game that I want. The page showed some general stats like recent games, you know, box scores, final scores, that kind of thing. But I wanted individual player stuff.
I scrolled down a bit more, and there it was! A table with all the players listed, for both teams. I found each player with their points, rebounds, assists, all that good stuff. It was a bit overwhelming at first, all those numbers!
My Little Data Project
So, what did I do with all this data? Well, I decided to copy the player stats that interested me the most.
I grabbed the player names, points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and a few other things that caught my eye. After copied, I put it into a note, and I got a pretty clear look at the individual performance.
I’ve listed some player states below:
- DeMar DeRozan(points)– I checked out how many points he managed to score.
- Stephen Curry(Assists) – I checked out how many assists he got.
- Draymond Green(Rebounds) – How many rebounds he got.
It took a bit of clicking around and scrolling, but I managed to get all the player stats I needed. It’s pretty cool to see all that data laid out, and it definitely gives you a better understanding of how each player contributed to the game. I’m no expert, but it’s fun to play around with the numbers!
