He had this awesome par on the 18th, and it was enough to win by two strokes. I could imagine the pressure, I can see him trying to keep his head down.

He’s had a lot of top-10 finishes, like at the Masters and the PGA Championship. So even though he only has that one major win, he’s always right there, which is cool. It seems to me, he just couldn’t get over the hump.
It made me think, being a pro golfer must be a real grind. You can be amazing, but sometimes things just don’t go your way, you know? It’s just like us, we all have days when we are on top of the world and other days we just cannot make anything happen. For Rose, though, he is mostly on top.
Then, I started watching some interviews with him. He seems like a pretty down-to-earth guy. He talks a lot about hard work and staying focused, which I respect. He also seems to have a good sense of humor, which is always a plus. It was refreshing to see this side of him.
What I learned about Justin Rose
In the end, I learned that Justin Rose is a top-notch golfer, even if he hasn’t won a ton of majors. He’s had an awesome career, and that U.S. Open win was a major highlight. And he seems like a good dude, which makes me root for him even more. I am going to check out some of his future matches to see if he can get that second major.
